Hello, my name is Stone. My animal id is #73162. I am a desexed male brown tabby cat at the . The shelter thinks I am about 4 years 3 weeks old.

I came into the shelter as a returns on 9/6/2019.

Stone is at risk for medical concerns. Stone has been diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection which is contagious to other cats. A URI is treatable with a course of anti-biotics and follow up care with a private veterinarian. Any adopter should allow Stone time to acclimate into their new home. There are no behavioral concerns at this time.

Subjective: Alert, walks around on exam table Observed Behavior - Leans into petting but startles, growls and walks away on tight restraint, lifting front legs, oral exam, abd palpation etc. Evidence of Cruelty seen - None Evidence of Trauma seen - None Objective BAR-H, MMs pink and moist, BCS 7/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted Oral Exam: Tartar visible, difficult to examine PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA Lungs clear, eupnic, no coughing or sneezing ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated, not distended U/G: Male intact, testicles S/S MSI: Large amount of fat collected on ventral body wall (not hanging down). Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted. Dorsal trunk has many mats on it. CNS: Mentation appropriate - no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Normal externally Assessment: 1. Basic Information:: lient came in with an appointment to surrender her cat, Stone. She stated that the reason for surrender is that her son is very allergic and he has been gone for the summer for that reason. Now they are coming back home for school and she need to surrender before they get home.
