Behavior Condition: 2. Blue

During intake, Rocky allowed himself to be slightly handled, but not collared. However, after he went into the kennel, he kept to himself whenever I tried to approach him with my hand. He did smell my hand, but, then backed away further into the cage. It was difficult to transfer him from the kennel to the carrier during transport, as he made a low growl, while clawing onto the paper when pulling him out during transport.
