Bright Boy allowed being collared and put into a new carrier. Bright Boy was vocalizing the entire time and was alert with eyes dilated but allowed all handling.

KNOWN HISTORY:: Bright Boy was brought in as a stray, so we don't have any behavioral history or tendencies in a home environment.
