SO BAR in kennel. EN -- epiphora and repeated sneezing during rounds exam. A URI -- mild, suspect viral. P move to ISO vitamin b12 injection 0.25 ml SQ one time Fortiflora q24h x 5 days

SO Diagnosed with URI on 11/17; today, P is audibly congested and sneezing repeatedly. Appetite reported to be poor x 2 days A URI -- moderate, suspect viral P nebulization q24h x 5 days miratax transderam -- 1.5 inches topically one time little remedies q12h x 3 days

SO QAR in kennel. P remains anorexic. Given mirataz on 11/18 EN -- eyes and nose are crusted. Audible congestion; sneezing during observation A URI , moderate Anorexia P mirataz q24h x 3 days medical feeding q12x h 2 days

Upon intake Rusty Lovelace allowed all handling. He was very affectionate and purring when taken out of the carrier. He allowed being collared, being lifted and being placed in a carrier

Behavior Notes: Rusty Lovelace will meow during cat rides and isn’t bothered with being picked up and being held nor being placed in a carrier.

For a New Family to Know: Rusty Lovelace is described as friendly and affectionate. He has an uncovered litter box with clumping litter and was being fed Purina One dry food 2 times a day.

KNOWN HISTORY:: Rusty Lovelace was brought in as a stray, so we don't have any behavioral history or tendencies in a home environment.

ENRICHMENT NOTES:: 11/11/18 Resting by the front of the cubby, looks at the assessor and blinks sleepily when coaxed. Remains calm when door opens and accepts petting, leaning in for head rubs and closing his eyes. Eats treats offered. Doing well for first day.
