Hello, my name is Motown. My animal id is #235007. I am a desexed male gray cat at the Manhattan Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 13 years 3 weeks old.
I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 9/13/2025, with the surrender reason stated as person circumstance- new baby.
Motown has been placed on the at-risk list for medical reasons. He is diabetic and not eating well. He stressed in the shelter. He needs care and attention that we cannot provide.

He made the mistake of stroking him too long and Motown swiped at him.
