Molly is at risk for medical concerns, she has mammary gland tumors and she is geriatric with possible other underlying conditions. Objective EENT: Nuclear sclerosis with no d/c ou, no nasal discharge noted H/L: Eupneic with normal RR/RE MSI: ambulatory x4, multiple MGTs, two appear to be large and beginning to ulcerate CNS: mentation appropriate - no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Geriatric Multiple MGTs- ~6-8cm soft rounded freely movable mass at right caudal abdominal mammary gland ~1cm firm irregular mass at right cranial abdominal mammary gland at distal teat ~1-2 cm firm irregular mass at distal teat Dental disease Dermal mass -appears to be skin tag Plan: CBC-mild regenerative anemia 34.8 (37.3-61.7) Chem-mild elevation of ALT 185 (10-125), mild increase in GGT 14 (0-11) CXR-no signs of metastasis or other abnormalities AXR-cranially there is a soft tissue mass external of the abdominal cavity consistent with the suspected skin tag, caudally there is a large defect in the abominal wall with the majority of the small intestines displaced in the hernia, the bladder is caudal to the hernia Rec radical bilateral mastectomy and submission of masses to the lab for histopath Continue to monitor while at BACC Prognosis: Fair

Look:: 1. Dog holds gaze with soft eyes, soft body. Allows head to be held loosely in Assessor's cupped hands. Dog holds gaze for three full seconds.

Sensitivity:: 1. Dog stands still and accepts the touch, eyes are averted, and tail is in neutral position with a relaxed body posture. Dog's mouth is likely closed for at least a portion of the assessment item.
