Jeremy is at risk due to behavior. He allows handling but is fearful and would benefit from an Adult Only family that will allow him to be more independent. There are no known medical concerns for Jeremy at this time.

S/O -QAR, docile, allows all handling -mm pk, moist -no nasal discharge or sneezing noted -OU: open and clear -AU: moderate dark brown discharge and mild irritation; received ivermectin injection on intake for suspected ear mites -eupnic, no murmurs/arrhythmias -soft abdomen -2 scrotal testicles A 1. Ear mites-treated with one dose of ivermectin; no mites seen on microscope today so suspect residual discharge P -okay to neuter -flushed ears while sedated -recommend repeating ivermectin dose in 2 weeks or using revolution monthly to prevent reoccurence of ear mites

Post neuter recheck S/O -QAR, nervous/shy but docile -good appetite -no nasal discharge or sneezing; OU: open and clear, pupils dilated secondary to simbadol -eupnic -no significant bruising or swelling along scrotum A apparently healthy, doing well post op P continue simbadol for post op discomfort, no further tx needed
