Hello, my name is London. My animal id is #12820. I am a female brown dog at the . The shelter thinks I am about 10 months 1 weeks old.

I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 11/16/2017, with the surrender reason stated as person circumstance- cannot afford to care for.

Someone has already placed a deposit on me. I'm no longer available.

London is at risk for medical concerns. She has yesterday contracted Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease Complex, which is contagious to other dogs. Behaviorally, London has been assessed as being suitable for most homes.

Let's get to know each other a bit more...

A volunteer writes: As I was trying to put a coat on London against the cold air, she rolled over for a belly rub! So cute, so shy, and so hard to fasten a coat with four legs waving in the air! Coat fastened and we're off for a walk, London using 'the facilities' right away enroute to the park. Her leash manners are lovely, but when she sees a squirrel, she thinks a chase might be fun. Sorry London, squirrels are off limits. Puppy London was surrendered to our care due to 'no time', and we're told she lived and played gently with a one year old child, an 8 year old female dog and a 2 year old female cat. London and the cat played chase and took turns being the chaser and the chasee! Awwwww :) We're also told that London loves toys, plays fetch, slept on her dog bed, is housetrained (check) and is well behaved when left home alone. Miss London is sweet, affectionate and loved coming in my lap for some kisses, wagged her tail at every person walking by, and has been beautifully taken care of. Let her former person's 'no time' be your gain, and welcome Miss London into your home. She's a doll and ready to love her new family. Another volunteer writes: London Bridge, Tower of London, changing of the Guard, the Royal Family, warm beer, and steak and kidney pie. Why spend hours on a plane when the best London has to offer is right here in our backyard! The sweetest little girl, she loves people and is happiest when climbing into someone's lap for hugs and kisses, her little tail wagging a mile a minute. Shyly affectionate, she greeted a group touring the facility with happy tail wags, choosing to sit on a bench close to them so they could all chat together, London having a lot of things to communicate, love and good will being most of it. After playing good will ambassador, the group moved on and London and I enjoyed some play time and cuddles. Wwhen back inside, there was move love from staff. She's a staff and volunteer favorite with good reason, and our beautifully sweet little girl will become your favorite, too. Ask to meet her today.
