Recheck kittens, litter of 5 (one littermate deceased, unknown cause). *This kitten gained 109g in the past ~12 days* S/O: BAR, shared kennel with 5 total kittens, two nearly empty food dishes present; kennel is very dirty with food, litter, feces spread throughout. No notable v/d, no c/s. EENT: No ocular or nasal discharge LUNGS: Eupneic MSI: Amb x 4; unkempt/soiled haircoat, underweight with potbelly CNS: Appropriate mentation A: Underweight Abd distention - ro endoparasitism Weaned kitten P: Move to separate kennel with two other kittens that have also gained at least 100g (2 littermates gained less than 100g and will be housed together in separate kennel) Routine deworming due today (pyrantel and ponazuril) CTM closely on rounds, recheck and reweigh in 2-4 days
