Ziggy
Hello, my name is Ziggy. My animal id is #249515. I am a desexed male tabby cat at the Queens Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 13 years old.
I came into the shelter as a stray on 3/13/2026.
Ziggy is on the at risk list for medical reasons. Ziggy is a friendly geriatric cat who presented matted, emaciated, muscle wasted, dehydrated and with a moderate URI. He is currently being treated for these conditions but would benefit from a rapid shelter exit and to be evaluated by a full service veterinary clinic. Ziggy has allowed for all handling and solicits attention.

It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children. I have medical needs that staff will address with you when you meet me. I am a sweet, social, older gentleman, looking for the perfect forever home! I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles! My purr motor is always running! Need some biscuits for your breakfast? I'm an expert kneader! I am a cat that is in need of a lap! I can't wait to be your new lap cat.
