O: EEN- marked ocular discharge, swollen periocular region, entropion suspect secondary to periocular swelling, dried brown nasal discharge H/L- eupneic, mild audible congestion MSK/i- ambulatory x4, healthy haircoat Neuro- alert/appropriate A: Severe URI Conjunctivitis Dermatitis Eating P: Reapply zorbium for pain management Continue with current treatment plan
