I came into the shelter as a stray on 6/12/2025.

SO: 3 neonatal kittens on treatment for ringworm. All three kittens had not been taking KMR with good appetites. Attempted to add slurry to KMR, ate with better appetite, but developed diarrhea. Switching back to KMR BAR, vocalizing and active eent: eyes clear, no ocular or nasal dc apparent h/l: eupneic, no coughing or sneezing appreciated msi: ambulatory x4 neuro: mentation alert and appropriate A: dermatophytosis hyporexia diarrhea P: 8ml LRS sc BID x2d 0.02ml cerenia sc SID x2d
