Recheck left ear, Claro applied 10/24 S/O: BAR, barking, attention seeking, during rounds; few hours later when room was quieter, Ruby was QAR, resting in bed EENT: Eyes clear, no ocular discharge, mild mucoid nasal discharge, left pinnae dry and flaky, mild to moderate otitis externa, no active discharge HL: No coughing or sneezing, normal RR/RE A: Otitis resolving well, signs of chronic otitis; CIRDC, early/mild P: Rec doxycycline 350mg PO q24 x 14 days. Excellent prognosis

How is this dog around strangers?: : When arriving at the center Ruby had a loose body and was wagging her tail. She allowed the staff at the ACC to pet her and walk her with no problems. Ruby was very friendly and outgoing with the staff.

How is this dog around children?: Ruby was brought to the center by a 14 year old boy when around him Ruby was relaxed and affectionate.

The novel male dog leash is held, allowing Ruby to approach him at her when she is comfortable. She quickly moves pass him and explores the pens, keeping to herself. Further into her session, she approaches the other dog, exchanging sniffs, before moving away again. 10/30: Ruby interacts with two calm male dogs. She is tolerant of a pushy puppy and offers a few bounces when he solicits her attention.
