Recheck - entropion surgery OU on 9/9 (upper and lower lids) S/O: BAR, active, great appetite, no c/s/v/d noted EENT: OU sutures dissolving from entropion sx sites, entropion OU upper and lower lids persist with significant eyelid swelling and blepharospasm; eyes appear sunken in relation to lids, third eyelid elevation obscuring corneas - difficult to assess, brown mucoid discharge LUNGS: Eupneic MSI: Amb x 4, healthy haircoat CNS: Appropriate mentation A: Bilateral entropion surgery, upper and lower lids - 16 days post-op Entropion persists OU - ro primary vs secondary Conjunctivitis, blepharitis P: Proparacaine drops applied OU, mild inc in comfort during exam but still significant blepharospasm and third eyelid elevation - did not stain eye due to lack of visualization Applied ofloxacin drops OU, but patient very resistant- hold off on topical treatment at this time Start onsior 6 mg PO SID x 5 days Continue gabapentin BID Seek placement, patient should see an ophthalmologist CTM while at QACC

Upon intake Mango Chutney did not allow counselors to collar due to sensitivity. He was scanned for microchip and placed from carrier into kennel. All done without any concerns.
