Feline Cardio proBNP results Severely elevated proBNP (748H) - increased stretch and stress on myocardium detected (likely moderate-severe based on degree of elevation). NSF on CBC/biochem/TT4 -- likely 1ary cardiac disease r/o HCM vs other ADD P to ARL - P needs echocardiogram and cardiology consult and a lower stress environment Monitor closely while in care - if P decompensates recc EHR.
