Phathom
Hello, my name is Phathom. My animal id is #229313. I am a desexed female black dog at the Manhattan Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 8 years 2 weeks old.
I came into the shelter as a stray on 6/12/2025.
Phathom needs at risk placement for medical reasons. She is a mature dog with pneumonia and is not eating despite supportive care. She seeks attention from staff despite not feeling well. She needs to go to a veterinary clinic to continue her intravenous therapy.
Let's get to know each other a bit more...

My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet! It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children. I am playful and cute! I love to play and will need appropriate toys and positive outlets for my energy.
