Pre-Screener Form

Franklin Saint is at risk due to his behavioral concerns. He has a known history of conflict with a teenage family member in his previous home, including growling, snapping, and a reported bite that didn't break skin. In the care center, Franklin displays fearful behavior and starting to kennel fight other dogs leaving his kennel, trying to redirect onto staff making it difficult to walk him safely. Although he will approach and sniff treats, he has shown limited engagement and remains tense and easily spooked. Medically, Franklin Saint is healthy.
