Omni
|
Omni is at risk due to behavioral concerns in a previous foster home and in the care center. During her past stay in care she was placed in a foster home and on a walk in the park with the foster, Omni initially pulled on the leash but stopped after receiving praise from the foster parent. Omni then fixated on the fosters' white sneakers, grabbed, and shook one off the fosters' foot. Attempts to redirect Omni failed, and the foster had to wrap the leash around a tree to create distance. Although she calmed down, any movement of the fosters' feet caused her to refocus and bark. The incident didn't result in a bite, foster did have a small bruise. After returning from foster care, Omni's behavior deteriorated, showing escalating issues like leash biting and grabbing handlers' sleeves and boots while in care. Medically, Omni is apparently healthy.
