Marked ocular and nasal discharge, mouth held slightly open and drooling. A/P: URI- severe Extended LRS, Cerenia, Mirataz, and medical feedings until 1/21 Added to ARL due to severity of URI

LVT reports patient is extremely stressed for SQF administration Objective: No handling attempted due to high patient FAS Eyes: Clear bilaterally, no discharge Oronasal: No nasal discharge today, marked congestion. Lungs: Eupneic Musculoskeletal: Hiding in back of den, not observed ambulating Neuro: Appropriate mentation. Assessment: -Severe URI -Anorexia -Obese -Periodontal disease Plan: -d/c doxycycline, start enrofloxacin 5 mg/kg IM q24h x 5d until 1/24 -D/c cerenia, LRS to minimize handling -Continue mirtazapine to pinna q24h until 1/21 -Continue medical feeding q12h until 1/21
