When King Concierge was entering his lobby, he slipped out of his harness and his muzzle came off. He bit another dog but didn't break skin due to the other dog having a coat. In the Care Centers, King is soft with staff and social. When he sees other dogs he raises his tackle, and starts hard barking. He was difficult to redirect. King Concierge will need an experienced foster and adopter through a New Hope partner that can engage in positive reinforcement reward-based training to address these challenges.
